General Information
How did your shop begin its journey?
Our shop began as a humble photography blog where Anson, the founder, shared his passion for capturing moments and reviewing cameras and gear. Over time, this interest evolved into an accessory store, offering a curated selection of photography gear and accessories that Anson selectively handpicks for enthusiasts around the world.
Where is the team based?
Anson is based in Hong Kong and is always eager to engage in photography chats. Feel free to hit us up via direct message or email if you’re in town. Coffee and photowalk go well together.
Do you have a retail store?
No we don’t. For our Air Clicker collection, it is available globally through our network of overseas retailers, ensuring easy access to our product no matter where you are. Check our stocklist for a retailer near you.
What kind of products does your store offer?
Our store features a diverse range of photography accessories, primarily sourced from trusted suppliers for high quality hoods and caps, eye pieces and other essentials. Films are directly sourced from Reflx Lab.
A special point to note, the Air Clicker is our exclusive in-house brand, from the initial sketch to the final product, it’s all made with high precision and care.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! In addition to shipping to Hong Kong, we can ship to most countries around the world.
Normally, all orders will be handled within 3 WORKING DAYS with the shipping service you choose.
Please note that we follow the Hong Kong calendar.
What shipping methods are available?
We are based in Hong Kong, China. We ship with Hong Kong Post, 4PX and SF Express, UPS and other reliable couriers to ensure it safely reaches our customer's hand.
With Express Shipping, we use SF EXPRESS, DHL, UPS or Hong Kong Post (Speedpost). Shipping costs is calculated at checkout. Shipping time is roughly 1 week, depending on the destination country
With Regular Shipping, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination country
Please be aware that a delivery area surcharge may apply if your address is located in certain remote regions.
How long does regular shipping take?
Approximately 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes we do offer express shipping with DHL, UPS or Hong Kong EMS posts, please send us an email for a quotation.
Will I receive a tracking code?
We will send you tracking number once the item is shipped. You may track your order in the Order Tracking or you can check parcel delivery status via Hong Kong Post Office's website or direct enquiry, provided track-and-trace information from destination post is available.
Sometimes these emails might make it to your spam mailbox, so make sure you check that too.
The tracking link doesn’t work, what could I do?
If in any case your tracking link does not work, you can always use 17track.net to check delivery status. A global tracking link to tell you most of the updates of your shipment.
Who should I contact when I see a parcel that has arrived at the mail center but stating it is out for delivery but failed?
Please send us an email, we are happy to assist any enquiries. Usually for SF Express, Fuuffy or 4PX courier, there is a local agency handling the parcels. KindlyPlease allow some time for them to update but in any case that you couldn’t reach the courier and require a local tracking code, just let us know.
I cannot pick the shipping options. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. If your country is not amongst the shipping list, please contact us directly.
Do you have local pick up in Hong Kong?
Yes we do. Shoot us an email and we can arrange this.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For Prints
All of our prints require custom printing and each fresh prints takes 4-5 days. It will take 10 to 28 working days for air mail items to reach recipients, subject to flight availability, the progress of customs clearance and aviation security check. You can check parcel delivery status via Hong Kong Post Office's website or direct enquiry, provided track-and-trace information from the destination post is available.

How long does backorder take?
Please note that the back order time is approximately one month. If you place your order now, you will receive an email confirming order completion once the stock is ready. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Should there be any changes, we will notify you via email.
Payment, Returns & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and also Paypal.
How can I cancel or change my order?
We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not usually possible to make any changes. Please email us if you have any questions.
Do I need an account to place an order?
If you'd like to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience.
Alternatively, you can select the guest checkout option which doesn't require you to create an account.
How can I return a product?
We are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged or different to what you ordered, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund (not inclusive of original shipping costs). In such cases, please send us a photo of the product via email within three days of delivery. If you need to return an item, please note that buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us.
However, please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- If the actual appearance or color of the products differs from what is shown in the photos. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but please understand that there may be some differences. In such cases, the actual product will take precedence.
- If the return is due to personal preference or ordered the wrong item. We understand that expectations can vary, but we CANNOT accommodate exchanges or refunds simply because a product did not meet personal taste or preference.
VAT and Import Tax or Duties
Our store is based in Hong Kong and China. When shopping in our online store, please note that our prices do not include any taxes or import duties. While you will not see these charges or taxes calculated during checkout, it's important to be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or other duties depending on your location.
Please ensure you carefully review your local import policies, as any additional costs will be borne by receiver. These charges are dictated by the customs and import policies of your country, and unfortunately, we have no control over them. It's a good idea to check your country's customs policies before placing an order, so you're not surprised by any unexpected costs. Thank you for understanding and happy shopping!
EU or other global customers
EU or other global customers are subject to local VAT, import taxes, and duties.
Do I need to pay tariffs for US shipments?
US customers, please refer to the latest tariff policy set by the US government.
Historically, shipments valued under $800 imported by individuals to the United States have been eligible for duty-free entry under the "de minimis" rule. However, this exemption will no longer apply to goods originating from China starting May 2, 2025.
What This Means for You:
Any orders placed now that are delivered after this date will be subject to standard import duties. We will continuously monitor customs policy updates and adjust our practices accordingly. We recommend consulting with official U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) resources for formal advice on specific shipments.
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
By completing a purchase, customers agree to pay any import taxes and duties as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), based on their own jurisdiction. Please note that there are no refunds or returns due to disputes over these costs, and all such expenses are borne by the customers.

Product Information: Hoods
Are these hoods made by Tahusa?
No, the hoods, films and certain accessories are not designed nor manufactured by Tahusa. I sourced them from a trusted supplier who I have tested the products for both quality and practicality with great results. If you're interested in Tahusa’s own products, check out the soft releases.
Does the hood lock in place?
Depends on which Lens hood.
- For Nokton 35/50 and Zeiss ZM 35/50
The hood does not lock in place like the original Voigtlander lens hood. There is no click in position. It has similar design like the Hasselblad Xpan 45mm and 30mm lens hood. Voigtlander Nokton 35mm f/1.5 square lens hood has already been upgraded to a metal mount providing more precision and snug fit to your lens bayonet. The hood should have a tight fit but if you do receive a copy that has a loose fit (refer to FAQ below), please contact us.
- For Leica Summicron 35/2
The hood will lock in position with the metal clip like the original Leica Summicron lens hood for Summicron 35/2 IV Pre-a (King of Bokeh). There is a small slot following the original design to help station the hood in the right position.
- For Leica Summicron 35/2 Type 2 / Type 3
The hood is tightened with the small screw and screwdriver provided. After rotating the lens into the position you want, use the screwdriver to tighten the hood, it will stay in place.
- For A36 Lenses
The hood is tightened with a screw. After rotating to the position you want. Simply tighten the screw on the hood, it will then stay in place.
- For Hasselblad Xpan
The hood does not lock in place following the same design as the original Hasselblad Xpan hood.
Does it cause extra vignette?
To balance both aesthetic and lens performance, the lens opening was made to the most optimal point. The Nokton 28mm and 35mm and other 35mm wide angle lenses that take the lens hood might add a slight vignette when shooting wide open, particularly against a plain background. If you are very particular about vignettes, this might not be for you.
Can the hood also be used on 28mm Nokton?
The LH-6 mount also fits on multiple lenses. However, there is a slight vignette added when shooting wide open or even stopping down to f/2.8. If you are very particular about vignettes, this might not be for you.
Does it perfectly align on the lens with the camera?
We tried our best to make it as balanced as possible. In some cases they could be off by minor degrees.
Why does my copy have a loose fit? Is this a faulty copy?
Our supplier tried the best to improve the fit and in some cases the copies in Asia, US and European countries could be different. Please contact us, we are happy to send you a replacement.
Can you do a custom lens hood?
Yes, our supplier can help you design and customize lens hood but limited to certain models. Please check with us if you have one in mind to see if we could make it.
Is there any hood that fits Voigtlander Ultron 28mm f2?
Unfortunately no at the moment. If you are interested in Ultron 35mm f/2, there might be one coming. Watch this space.
Product Information: Air Clicker
Are these Air Clickers made by Tahusa?
A proud yes. This is the first product designed by our founder, Anson. We work with a luxury watch grade factory to ensure a premium product quality and finishing.
How is each Air Clicker unique?
Each button carries a unique serial number to mark its identity.
What are the specifications of the Air Clicker?
It has a diameter of 14.7mm and is made from either titanium or brass with different finishing.
Why are there two variants of screw lengths for the Air Clicker?
There are two screw lengths available—long and short—to achieve the best height on your film or digital camera so that the soft release not only looks great but is also practical.
Which thread should my camera take?

Leica, M240, M240-P, M246, M10, M10-D, M10-P, M10M, M11, M11M, M11-P, Nikon F3
Long Screw Thread
Leica MD, M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6 (TTL only), MP, M7, M8, M8.2, M9, M-E M9-P, M10-P Safari, Q3, Q3 43, D-Lux 8, Fujifilm X series, Nikon ZF
IMPORTANT NOTE: It’s highly recommended for you to get the long screw version if you are intended to use the soft release on more than one camera body.
How should the Air Clicker be installed?
Each Air Clicker order includes an O-ring to prevent tilting and ensure a secure fit. When installing, place the thin O-ring on the camera body if needed to tighten the connection, and gently secure the Air Clicker onto the camera.
It's recommended to periodically check and tighten the Air Clicker to maintain security.
Can you do a custom lens hood?
Yes, our supplier can help you design and customize lens hood but limited to certain models. Please check with us if you have one in mind to see if we could make it.
Is there any hood that fits Voigtlander Ultron 28mm f2?
Unfortunately no at the moment. If you are interested in Ultron 35mm f/2, there might be one coming. Watch this space.
