Do You Ship Internationally?
We sure do! In addition to shipping to Hong Kong, we can ship to most countries around the world.
Normally, all orders will be handled within 3 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekend and public holidays) with the shipping service you choose.
Please note that we follow the Hong Kong calendar.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We are based in Hong Kong, China. We ship with Hong Kong Post, 4PX and SF Express, UPS and other reliable couriers to ensure it safely reaches our customer's hand.
With Express Shipping, we use SF EXPRESS, DHL, UPS or Hong Kong Post (Speedpost). Shipping costs is calculated at checkout. Shipping time is roughly 1 week, depending on the destination country
With Regular Shipping, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination country
Please be aware that a delivery area surcharge may apply if your address is located in certain remote regions.
How long does standard shipping take?
Approximately 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes we do offer express shipping with DHL or Hong Kong EMS posts, please send us an email for a quotation.
Will I receive a tracking code?
We will send you tracking number once the item is shipped. You may track your order in the Order Tracking or you can check parcel delivery status via Hong Kong Post Office's website or direct enquiry, provided track-and-trace information from destination post is available.
Sometimes these emails might make it to your spam mailbox, so make sure you check that too.
The tracking link doesn’t work, what could I do?
If in any case your tracking link does not work, you can always use 17track.net to check delivery status. A global tracking link to tell you most of the updates of your shipment.Who should I contact when I see a parcel that has arrived at the mail center but stating it is out for delivery but failed?
Please send us an email, we are happy to assist any enquiries. Usually for SF Express or 4PX courier, there is a local agency handling the parcels. KindlyPlease allow some time for them to update but in any case that you couldn’t reach the courier and require a local tracking code, just let us know.
I cannot pick the shipping options. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. If your country is not amongst the shipping list, please contact us directly.
Do you have local pick up in Hong Kong?
Yes we do. Shoot us an email and we can arrange this.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For Prints
All of our prints require custom printing and each fresh prints takes 4-5 days. It will take 10 to 28 working days for air mail items to reach recipients, subject to flight availability, the progress of customs clearance and aviation security check. You can check parcel delivery status via Hong Kong Post Office's website or direct enquiry, provided track-and-trace information from the destination post is available.

How long does backorder take?
Please note that the back order time is approximately one month. If you place your order now, you will receive an email confirming order completion once the stock is ready. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Should there be any changes, we will notify you via email.
VAT and Import Tax or Duties
Our store is based in Hong Kong and China. When shopping in our online store, please note that our prices do not include any taxes or import duties. While you will not see these charges or taxes calculated during checkout, it's important to be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or other duties depending on your location.
Please ensure you carefully review your local import policies, as any additional costs will be borne by receiver. These charges are dictated by the customs and import policies of your country, and unfortunately, we have no control over them. By completing a purchase, customers agree to pay any import taxes and duties as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), based on their own jurisdiction. Please note that there are no refunds or returns due to disputes over these costs, and all such expenses are borne by the customers.
Do I Need to Pay Tariffs for US Shipments?
Historically, shipments valued under $800 imported by individuals to the United States have been eligible for duty-free entry under the "de minimis" rule. However, this exemption will no longer apply to goods originating from China starting May 2, 2025.
What This Means for You:
Any orders placed now that are delivered after this date will be subject to standard import duties. We will continuously monitor customs policy updates and adjust our practices accordingly. We recommend consulting with official U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) resources for formal advice on specific shipments.
