Born from an itch to geek out over cameras, lenses, and all things photography, I started capturing my unscripted moments with photography and honest insights into the cameras and lenses I explored. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy


Overview

At Shop.Tahusa.co, we are committed to bringing you high quality products. 

We understand that not everything is made perfect and on the rare occasions that they aren’t i.e. defective or damaged items, we are open to considering special return, refund, or exchange arrangement under the following terms.

However, we DO NOT offer free refunds or returns for personal reasons, such as changes in personal preference or ordering the wrong item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the item is confirmed as defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Open or unused film
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return & Refund

Upon our confirmation of any defective or damaged items, you may return the goods in its brand new condition within 7 days of delivery with the following conditions:
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in brand new condition, and include all original materials provided with the shipment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Customers are considered the exporters and are responsible for transport of goods back to us; customers are also responsible for any duty or customs fees, if applicable (contact your local customs office for returns of duties and taxes for details)
  • Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned item and are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Expect the refund within a certain number of working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

Upon our confirmation of any defective or damaged items, you may request for an exchange of goods within 7 days of delivery with the following conditions:
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • The buyer must pay the return shipping fee for the product to be sent to a specified delivery address, while our shop will bear the delivery cost of the exchanged goods.
  • We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our Customer Service (email or DM us on Instagram @tahusa.co) to initiate the return and receive a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags.
  3. Send the item to our return address provided by Customer Service and provide us with the tracking code.
