Please be aware that this item is not compatible with the previous versions of the Nokton 35mm f/1.2 Version III or the Nokton 40mm/50mm f/1.2 Version I with a silver front rim.
The lens hood is made from aluminum in black and fits tightly without a locking mechanism. There is no clicking or position locking like the original Voigtlander hood. For a customized fit, the tightness of the hood can be easily adjusted by gently pressing the bar on the hood. Please note that achieving the perfect tightness may require a few attempts, so we encourage you to keep adjusting until you find your preferred fit.

It is designed to work with a UV or protective filter, though not all filter types will fit. For the best fit, we recommend slim B+W, Hoya, Leica filters, or filters from our shop. It does not fit any circular CPL or Variable ND filters or certain filters (e.g. K&F, Tiffen) that has wider diameters. Feel free to check with us before you buy.
If you are very particular about vignettes, this might not be for you.
