Our store is based in Hong Kong, China. We ship with Hong Kong Post, 4PX, Fuuffy and SF Express to ensure it safely reach to our customer’s hand.

All orders will be handled within 3 WORKING DAYS with the shipping service you choose. Except under PRE-ORDER period or other special occasions stated.

with Express Shipping, we use SF EXPRESS, DHL, UPS or Hong Kong Post (Speedpost). Shipping costs is calculated at checkout. Shipping time is approximately 1 week, depending on the destination country.

with Regular Shipping, shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination country.

Please be aware that a delivery area surcharge may apply if your address is located in certain remote regions.

We DO NOT offer free refunds or returns for personal reasons, such as changes in personal preference or ordering the wrong item.
