I was looking for a functional lens hood and cap for my Voightlander 35mm f1.5 ii lens, and your selections fit the bill entirely! The hood and cap are extremely well made (got the painted brass hood) and match the quality of finish on the lens. I'll definitely be back for a hood for my other lenses soon!

This hood is a perfect addition to my Voightlander Nokton 35mm f 1.5. It’s shape is an ideal combination of minimal size without compromise. The hood cap on the other hand, isn’t an ideal fit. As it is, the fit of the cap is too loose and can fall off by accident just by the tug of gravity. Regardless, the hood is just perfect. Thanks for all you do.

Upon reception I got the impression that the quality and the fit and finish was better than I expected based on the website photos. The cylindrical design to which 4 planes have been removed makes it great aesthetically, functionally and prevent it from turning when knocked. Great product!

I recently received the new version of the black paint brass hood for the 35/1.5. I also own the V1 of the same hood. The new version is much improved. The quality of the paint is a better match to the lens and appears to be more durable. I expect it will brass gracefully over time (just like the lens). The metal friction-mount looks nice. The hood attaches snuggly and squarely. The design of the hood is beautiful. It looks so much more aesthetically pleasing than any of the options from Voigtlander. It is very handsome and also quite functional. I highly recommend this hood!
