Lens hood is made from aluminum in silver with a tight fit without locking mechanism. There is no clicking or position locking like the original Zeiss hood.
The Set included an optional aluminum hood cover, complemented by plush velvet lining
It is designed to accommodate a UV or protective filter seamlessly.
If you are very particular about vignettes, this might not be for you.
