Please not that this lens hood doesn’t work with the Summicron 35/2 asph V2 with metal screw on hood.
The lens hood is made of aluminum and is black anodized; a screwdriver is included to tighten it.
It is designed to work with a UV or protective filter, though not all filter types will fit. For the best fit, we recommend slim B+W, Hoya, Kenko Pro, Leica filters, or filters from our shop. It does not fit any circular CPL or Variable ND filters or certain filters (e.g. K&F, Tiffen) that has wider diameters. Feel free to check with us before you buy.
If you are very particular about vignettes, this might not be for you.
