Aluminum made lens hood. There is no click-stop or position lock on this hood like on the original Voigtlander hood, you simply rotate it to your preferred angle and it will stay in place through friction.
The set includes an aluminum hood cover with a plush velvet lining. The lens hood is designed to minimise potential vignetting, but if you are very sensitive to even slight vignettes, this may not be the best choice for you.
It is designed to work with a UV or protective filter, though not all filter types will fit. For the best fit, we recommend slim B+W, Hoya, Leica filters, or filters from our shop. It does not fit circular CPL or variable ND filters, or certain wider‑diameter filters (e.g. K&F, Tiffen). Feel free to check with us before you buy.

The hood is designed to minimise vignetting, but in some situations you may still see a slight darkening in the corners. If you are very particular about avoiding any vignettes at all, this hood may not be ideal for you.
